Crystal Godsey, a 53-year-old, was admitted to a skilled nursing facility on June 13, 2026, following hospitalization. With a medical history including COPD and atrial fibrillation, Crystal experienced a significant decline in functional ability post-hospitalization, moving from full independence to requiring total assistance with daily activities.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Crystal and her interdisciplinary team—comprised of skilled therapists, nursing staff, and CNAs—she has achieved remarkable progress. The nursing and CNA teams provided essential daily encouragement, monitoring, and support, ensuring Crystal could safely participate in her rehabilitation. Through a comprehensive, patient-centered therapy plan, Crystal worked diligently to rebuild her strength, endurance, and confidence. The seamless collaboration between therapy and nursing staff proved vital in reinforcing her goals and fostering consistent improvement throughout her daily routine.
